Orders are usually processed and leave our warehouse within 2 business days of your order date, not including weekends and holidays. Expect to receive your order within 5-8 business days from then, unless you have selected Expedited shipping.* You will be notified when item(s) have been shipped. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, including carrier delays. If you have any issues with your order once it’s left our warehouse, please contact the carrier first as they are best at locating your package.
If there is a mistake with your shipping address, please email us to correct this ASAP. If your order is sent to an incorrect address and returned to us, you will be responsible for paying shipping fees again. Please double check your orders!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We now ship to select International countries! Shipping fees will be determined by the package size and weight as well as your desired speed. The prices vary and will be shown at checkout for your convenience. If you do not see your country listed at checkout, please contact us at hello@modestflare.com.
Most deliveries will arrive between 8-23 weekdays from your order date. We use International and FedEx/UPS International shipping.
All international orders may be subject to VAT and additional customs fees upon delivery. These fees are determined by customs officials of your country and are the responsibility of you, the buyer. It is at the sole discretion of your country’s custom agents to release your package. Note, in some occasions customs may delay delivery of some packages.
