This Graceful Skirt

I just had to create a fully pleated maxi skirt with full lining. I designed it wide in the hip and with a built-in elastic at the waist. I designed it so that it can be worn higher up on the waist to best showcase the sharpness of the pleats. I hand picked a medium blue chiffon fabric classic look.
